Two Roads (Gypsy Brothers #6) by Lili St. Germain

Two Roads (Gypsy Brothers #6) by Lili St. Germain

SUMMARY

Juliette and Jase may be out of Dornan's immediate reach, but as tensions rise, will they end up walking right into the enemy's trap?

Can Juliette forgive Jase for his devastating betrayal, or will it destroy everything they've been fighting for?

MY REVIEW

ONE DOWN (PLUS ANOTHER ONE AS BONUS) AND TWO MORE TO GO

This was a seriously heartbreaking book, but its main part was like a brief calm before the storm.

Juliette and her three musketeers (Elliot, Luis and Jase) are sailing away. Dornan is left behind to grieve for another dead son and his dead father.

Juliette has a new addiction (a gift from Dornan) and she is strangling very hard not to become her mother. Moreover she has to consider her new situation and the baby that is coming despite the endless torture Juliette endured from Dornan.

Consequently she is making the choice to stay with the man she loves, but she knows it is too good to be true and she knows that she will be alone in the future. For a while the two of them are going to be full of hopes and dreams.

So, Juliette feels happy and overcomes her self-loathing.

Of course soon her whole life will crash down around her. Her mistakes and her lies will catch up with her and the book will finish with another impossible and unpredictable cliffhanger.
