This was one of my favourite book of the series. I really liked the chemistry between Rio and Dylan and their characters.

Rio was such a heartbroken lonely person. Scarred inside and ouside. He was betrayed by his first breadmate Eva and his personality completely changed. From a easygoing, happy man in love, he became unstable and suicidal.

Dylan found him in the cave where Ancient was buried. She was on holidays, he was about to blow himself to pieces. They worked it out.

Dylan also was a great heroine. She was adventurous, strong minded and with a good sense of humour. And you really need theses attributes if you see ghosts all the time.

Finally I particularly liked the names of the two characters. Rio's complete name is "Eleuterio de la Noche Atanacio" which is a mixture of greek and spanish words. It meens literally "the free man of the night who never dies". Dylan last name is also greek, "Alexander". He was the great greek general who tried to conquer Asia. I thing it was very clever this little game of the names.
