Four Score (Gypsy Brothers #4) by Lili St. Germain

Four Score (Gypsy Brothers #4) by Lili St. Germain
SUMMARY

Love and hate aren’t all that different.

Two sides of the same coin, the yin and the yang.

Once upon a time, Jason Ross loved me. And now that he knows what I’ve done, I see the love and the hate warring within him.

I see the way he looks at me.

The way he wonders how I could do the things I’ve done.

I hear it in the way he begs me to stop, to leave this life and run away with him.

But there’s only one way I’m leaving LA.

And that’ll be when Dornan and the rest of his sons are dead and buried.

Jase might forgive me for what I’ve done.

But will he forgive me for the crimes I’m yet to commit?

MY REVIEW

FOUR DOWN, THREE MORE TO GO

He knows everything.
No secrets, no lies separate them anymore.
"Are you really here? Are you real?"

Jase and Eliot with their guns pointing at each other. Juliette in the middle. The three of them need to do some catching up.
"Why did you wait 6 years without doing anything?"

"I had power once. Now, I have nothing."

The only thing I would like to add in this review is that I am scared of what I am going to read in the next book.

Okay, I will take a deep breath, I will relax, and say to myself:
'I am willing to continue. I will continue. I release all tension. I release all fear.'

Five Miles (Gypsy Brothers #3) by Lili St. Germain

Five Miles (Gypsy Brothers #3) by Lili St. Germain

SUMMARY

My father taught me the importance of an eye for an eye—a cardinal rule, ingrained in every club member.

A life for a life.

Seven lives in payment for an unimaginable list of sins.

People might wonder why I’m doing this. If this vengeance is borne from some noble cause. If I’m trying to prevent others from suffering at the hands of Dornan Ross and his sons.

But I’m no selfless vigilante.

I’m doing this for me. I’m doing it because I want to.

I’m doing this because I just want to be able to sleep at night without seeing their faces.

This is the fate they have earned. The penance for their crimes.
Time to send some of these brothers off with a bang.

MY REVIEW

TWO DOWN, FIVE MORE TO GO

BOOM!!!

"What the fuck are you doing here? Are you even real?"

Elliot and Juliette, their memories and the past.
Dornan and Sammi, their sick twisted sex life and the present.
Jase and his girl. A girl that he knows she is lying. Any future there?

I am taking my time to read this series -although the books are short- because it is hard to stomach all the violence, the pain and the truth.

Excellent books!

BOOK BLITZ: Give & Take Duet by Demetra Georgiou

Give & Take Duet

Collective Blurb

Diane Petrou’s world turns on its axis the moment she’s caught in the mysterious Zac Dimas’ web. In the blink of an eye, Diane leaves her job and moves to another city, where she becomes reluctant owner of a bookshop. What she didn’t anticipate, though, was to be set directly into Zac’s grasp who seems to have it out for her. Every encounter is more volatile than the first and their sexual chemistry is something neither of them can ignore. But all the cards are not on the table. Zac has always had an agenda where Diane is concerned, and his secrets may be the reason that these two won’t end up together. Can love conquer all, or some people never deserved a chance in the first place?

Author Bio

Ever the incurable romantic, Demetra loves to put on the virtual paper what her vivid imagination conjures. She has a soft spot for alpha males and feisty heroines. She just loves the sparkles when they turn into fireworks. And who can blame her? After all she’s a firm believer that blushing makes everything more interesting. Ever since her debut Give & Take Duet was published in 2019, she never looked back. Nothing is impossible and romance is like the sky, they both know no limits. One of her greatest inspirations is her favourite city, Athens in Greece where she always finds something new to surprise her. She has a soft spot for romance novels, detective series, wine, and all kinds of ice cream.

Blurb for Nothing More to Take (Give & Take Duet, #1)

Can love survive amidst lies, schemes and subterfuge?

Zac, a man accustomed to getting what he wants, seeks retribution on behalf of the only father figure he's known, even though no one asked him to.

"I still can't believe how an ethereal being like Diane can be a plotting bitch. Why the old man held her in such a high regard, is beyond me. She is ungrateful and someone needs to teach her a thing or two. And I have the only right to do so."

Evidence and reports condemn the woman he purposefully set to 'teach a lesson', but the truth has a way of creeping out of the most unlikely corners.

"She looked at me in the eyes and told me, but I didn't believe her... She lay there with trust in her eyes and let me do that to her and more."

One mistake after the other and one fight too many bring them closer to the end.
All it takes is three little words to take down his whole house of cards.

Now Zac has to trust the only woman who had the tenacity to see beyond his scowls and cold behaviour and not because she was innocent all along.

“Her name is Diane. The woman who has made my heart beating."

Blurb for All the More to Give (Give & Take Duet, #2)

Zac was too proud to realise that he lost a piece of himself when he walked out of Diane. But now he’s back and wants nothing more than to have her in his arms again.
Revenge plots be damned.

Diane has to do whatever she can to protect herself, but her heart won’t let her walk away from Zac. For her, he’s worth one more chance… until she discovers just how deep his betrayal goes.

Can they overcome the overwhelming obstacles that stand in their way or is this a couple destined to live apart?

Only time will tell.
Time that was borrowed from the very beginning.

Six Brothers (Gypsy Brothers #2) by  Lili St. Germain

Six Brothers by  Lili St. Germain
SUMMARY

I have lied.

I have cheated.

I have given my body and my life to the man who destroyed my family and left me for dead.

I have killed, I have sinned, and worst of all, I have enjoyed the misery of others.

I have licked the salty tears of a father mourning his firstborn son, and nothing has ever tasted so sweet.

I have died, and I have been resurrected, a phoenix from the ashes.

I know I’m going to hell. I’ll burn in the fiery pits alongside Dornan and his sons for the things I’ve done, and for the things I’m about to do.

But I don’t care. It will be worth every lick of the devils flames on my guilty flesh to destroy Dornan Ross.

One down, six to go.

MY REVIEW

ONE DOWN, SIX MORE TO GO

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions…

The favorite son is gone and Sammi/ Juliette needs to decide who is next to go.
After the funeral, she freaks out when she sees one of the rest of the brothers pissing on the crave that she is supposedly buried inside.

Hint: It is not clever pissing on someone’s grave, when that someone is watching. You may have just helped her decide what you future brings or if you will have a future at all.

Funeral’s aftermath bring joy and comfort to Sammi. The victory tastes sweet and she wants to soak up every last bit of pain and hurt.

I know that some sensitive readers may feel sorry for the mourning father. He is crying and he is devastated, while determined Sammi offers him a “sorrow fuck”.
Well, before the second book finishes, everyone (especially Sammi) will understand and maybe remember what a sadistic monster through and through Dornan is.

The WTF / ARE YOU SERIOUS moment is the one Dornan confesses that he wants to keep Sammi and maybe breeding her will help (Yes he actually wants to become a daddy again!).

Okay then… Keep Calm and Neeext!
